Nous procéderons à la mise à jour d'une base de données le 30 Août à environ 02h00 heure de l'Est. Le temps d'arrêt de la base de données devrait durer un maximum de 2 heures. L'opération permettra un changement d'infrastructure qui vise à augmenter le traffic supporté par la base de données.

Durant ce temps, les membres ne seront pas en mesure de se connecter à l'application ou de commencer des consultations. La plateforme de soins sera également indisponible.

We will proceed with updating one of our databases on August 30th around 02:00AM EST. The downtime of the database should not exceed 2 hours. The operation will enable an infrastructure change that aims to increase the amount of traffic that can be supported by the database.

During this time, members will not be able to log into the application or start new consults. The care platform will also be unavailable.
